FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Towne Lake is owned and operated by Burt Stevens, DPT, ATC and Brian Stevens. Burt and Brian are brothers who started SOAR Physical Therapy in 2009 and joined FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in 2016. Burt Stevens, DPT, ATC has over 20 years experience as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. Brian is the Director of Administration. Both are committed to providing quality care for their patients and enjoy building relationships in their communities.  We look forward to partnering with local schools including Etowah High School and their sports medicine team.
