Strength Training Fundamentals is intended to help you begin, or return to a strength training program that is safe and tailored to your individual neeeds. An assessment of our general strength, flexibility, as well as current and past injuries will be takin into account during the evaluation. Your personal goals and resources will drive the preperation of your program. This individualized program is intended to help you become independent, safe and knowlegeable with the strengthening exercises. 


  • Have done strength training in the past but are unsure as to how to return.
  • Are recovering from an injury and are interested in returning to a strength training routine.
  • Want to improve general health and wellbeing.
  • Want to improve bone density.
  • Would like to improve abilty to perfrom dialy functions (lifting, carrying, walking...)
