Jenina Villasin, PT

Jem
 is a seasoned Physical Therapist with over 31 years of experience delivering individualized, results-driven care in orthopedic, vestibular, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She has served as a Director of Rehabilitation for two outpatient sports medicine clinics, where she led clinical teams and mentored Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and students.

She has extensive experience working with professional and high-level athletes, individuals recovering from work-related injuries, and older adults requiring balance, fall prevention, and functional mobility training. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based practice with skilled manual therapy, including training through the Kaltenborn-Evjenth Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy approach, along with certification in kinesio taping techniques to support optimal recovery, performance, and injury prevention.

Jenina is known for her hands-on, goal-oriented, helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, improve balance, and safely return to the activities that matter most—while emphasizing strategies to prevent future injury.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, gardening, cooking, and cheering on her daughters at their soccer games.
Ekta Arora, PT, MSPT

Ekta is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions. She combines strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-focused approach, helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.

She is certified in LSVT and Neubie, incorporating specialized neurological rehabilitation and advanced neuromuscular stimulation techniques into her comprehensive treatment plans. Her approach blends evidence-based practice with individualized care to support optimal outcomes.

Ekta’s commitment to advancing the profession is reflected in her published research in the International Journal of Diabetes and Metabolism and the Indian Journal of Medical Research. She is passionate about health promotion, injury prevention, and empowering patients through education and active participation in their recovery.

She enjoys working with patients of all ages and believes in a truly patient-centered philosophy centered on meaningful, personalized, and functional goals. Outside the clinic, Ekta enjoys spending time in nature, being with her family, and writing for her blog, PhysioInsights.com, where she raises awareness about the vital role of physical therapy in improving quality of life.
Eileen Inciong, PT DPT

Meet Eileen Inciong, a dedicated physical therapist with more than 20 years of experience helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to meaningful daily activities. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, balance and vestibular related conditions across multiple healthcare settings. Prior to joining our team, Eileen gained valuable clinical experience working in respected healthcare systems including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Morristown Medical Center.

Eileen is our clinic’s McKenzie-certified physical therapist, specializing in the McKenzie Method (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy/MDT), an internationally recognized evaluation and treatment approach commonly used for spine, neck, and extremity conditions. The McKenzie Method focuses on identifying movement patterns and mechanical causes of pain to help patients reduce symptoms, restore mobility, improve posture, and prevent recurring episodes of pain. This evidence-based approach is highly effective for treating conditions involving the back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and other joints while empowering patients with strategies for long-term self-management and recovery.

In addition, Eileen is an American Physical Therapy Association Credentialed Clinical Instructor, an LSVT BIG certified clinician, and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist. Her extensive training allows her to provide comprehensive, individualized care for patients with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, balance/ vestibular impairments, movement dysfunction, and workplace-related injuries.

Eileen is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals regain confidence in their movement and function. She also has a strong interest in natural health, wellness, and nutrition, and believes in the importance of “food as medicine” as part of a healthy and active lifestyle.

Outside the clinic, Eileen enjoys running and playing badminton in her spare time.
We are available outside normal business hours, including weekends.
