Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho, Neuro, Balance & Vestibular)
Full Time | Part-Time | Flexible | Outpatient | One-to-One Care
FYZICAL Berkeley Heights is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an immediate opening. We are open to full-time, part-time, temporary, short-term, or someone looking to pick up a couple of extra hours a week, depending on availability. We are an established, independently owned outpatient clinic focused on orthopedic and balance care, with a structured one-to-one treatment model.
What This Role Looks Like
•Full Time – Treat 8-12 patients max per day – 5 days per week
•Part Time/Per Diem - Flexible schedule - part-time or temporary coverage
• Immediate start available
• 40-68 minute sessions
• No double booking
• Orthopedic, neuro, balance, vestibular, and fall-risk caseload
We are focused on getting the right clinician in place quickly and are open to structuring the role based on availability.
Clinical Responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and develop plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training
• For PTs, collaborate with and supervise PTA in accordance with NJ regulations
• Complete documentation during the workday - Al-assisted EMR tools provided (Prompt)
• For full time employees, participate in occasional community outreach and referral relationship support
Compensation
• Full Time: Competitive base salary + Benefits.
• Part Time: Competitive hourly or salary structure depending on role
• Flexible compensation based on schedule and experience
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time role if desired.
• CEU Support and access to national FYZICAL education program
What We're Looking For
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ (or Compact privileges)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an autonomous, one-to-one care environment
• Open to flexible scheduling
•Strong documentation skills and efficient with EMR documentation systems
