My treatment focused primarily on exercises to improve my balance. My primary therapist was Dr. Katerine Pitman, DPT and to her credit, she treated me as a whole person. Her expertise provided me with strategies, techniques and exercises to strengthen my body and improve my physical symptoms. All the while , Dr. Pitman served as a never ending resource for emotional support and encouragement.
On several occasions, I had the opportunity to work with other staff and I found each and every one to be equally as skilled and caring. All the staff consistently goes above and beyond.
As I steadily progressed and no longer needed treatment, I was truly saddened to end my time there. Periodically, I do check in and it always feels like going home to spend time with friends."
