Meet our FYZICAL Chastain Staff
Dr. Linda Tran, PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Hello everyone!
My name is Linda Tran, and I am a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM)’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program located in Suwannee, GA.
I became a physical therapist because it brings me joy to help others achieve their goals. Helping patients improve their quality of life and return to what they love doing the most is important to me as a therapist. My interest in balance and vestibular conditions grew after a clinical rotation specializing with this population.
I want to continue to expand my knowledge in this expertise, and I would like to eventually branch out to TMJ dysfunction.
In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, drawing/painting, going to concerts, and exploring new coffee shops. I love spending time in nature and hanging out with my friends and family.

Dr. Joy Smith,PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Hello!
My name is Joy, and I am a graduate of Georgia State University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. This is my second career and I couldn't be happier to finally be involved in the field I always knew was calling me! Previously, I worked as a Civil Engineer. As such, I enjoy applying an analytical thinking process and a problem-solving approach to each individual patient. I find joy in identifying what works best for them, no matter the diagnosis.
My interest in vestibular and neurological physical therapy started in my second year of school where I had a very influential professor that shared her love of the specialty. I was instantly hooked! I am Dry Needling Certified and hope to continue finding modalities that can help patients in varied ways.
I have been studying martial arts since I was in high school and particularly find Traditional Chinese Medicine fascinating. In my spare time, I enjoy practicing Kung Fu, Chinese Lion Dance, cooking, and going for walks around my neighborhood to soak up the sun! I am thrilled to be a part of the Fyzical family and can't wait to grow as a physical therapist and have a positive impact on this community!

Dr. Nadia Hassler, PT, DPT, Cert. DN
Hello!
My name is Nadia, and I am a graduate of Emory University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. I am truly passionate about physical therapy, especially as it relates to wellness, injury prevention, education, and patient-centered care. I have specialized experience in the treatment of balance and vestibular conditions through Emory’s Dizziness and Balance clinic, and I really enjoy working with this population. I am Dry Needling certified, and am a certified yoga instructor and yoga enthusiast. I hope to one day specialize in treating connective tissue/hypermobility disorders such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, which runs in my family.
Physical therapy is a second career for me. I was previously a nanny and had my own small handmade sewing business making convertible travel clothing. Outside of work, I enjoy social dancing (lindy hop, blues, and several others!), hiking, gardening, and being a mom to my many houseplants. Recently, I have been trying to take up running, but I could use some encouragement with this goal. I am excited to be officially joining the Fyzical team, so I can start making a difference in patient’s lives!
