Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year? Summer arrived in true dramatic fashion—sunshine one moment, downpours the next! But rain or shine, we’re keeping things exciting here at the clinic.
Right now, we’re buzzing with preparations for our upcoming Ribbon Cutting Celebration, and we’d love for you to be part of it! If you haven’t already, please take a moment to register—it helps me finalize all the delicious treats we’re planning just for you.
Remember, we’ll have three separate drawings throughout the evening. Each basket is valued at over $100 and contains premium wellness items. I had instructed our Office Manager, Malou Mukendi, to aim for a $75.00 target per basket; however, she couldn’t resist piling on the goodies. We also have a new addition to the team—Abbie Dickman, Doctor of Occupational Therapy. She’s a recent graduate and will start on July 8, 2025. With Abbie joining us, we’re proud to offer OT services to the community—something many of the physician offices we serve have requested. Abbie will be working closely with Susan to provide you with exceptional services!
Speaking of Susan, she is officially a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), and now performs Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for patients with lymphedema. If you know someone who may need therapy for Lymphedema, please don't hesitate to reach out.
In the meantime, if you're a current patient and seen me in the clinic, you’ve probably noticed me sweeping, mopping, or tidying up. My team jokes that I have a touch of OCD when it comes to clutter—and, well... they might be right (just don’t tell them I admitted it!). I genuinely want the space to feel clean, calm, and comfortable for every visitor.
If you ever notice something that seems off or needs attention, please don’t hesitate to speak up—we’ll take care of it right away. In fact, I just updated all the clocks to digital after a sharp-eyed young patient pointed out they were off. We don’t just see you—we listen too!
