Our process includes billing your insurance company on your behalf (if you prefer) and working with you to collect the amount you owe, including:
- Deductible - the amount you must pay before your insurance company begins to pay for services
- Copayment - the fixed amount due at the time of your appointment
- Co-insurance - a form of cost sharing that requires you to pay a percentage of your medical services after your deductible has been met
- Cost for any service not covered by your insurance plan
NOTE: Some insurance plans may not require a referral for physical therapy (i.e., Medicare, etc). However, they may still ask for a primary care physician’s approval after an evaluation to continue treatment. Other insurances may require an authorization for additional treatment. We can verify your insurance and determine the best course of action for your healing journey.
