Laura earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence (Rock Chalk!). She has practiced physical therapy in Kansas, Iowa, New Mexico, Washington state, as well as Costa Rica, where she provided all treatments in Spanish. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is currently studying for her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist board certification.

Laura enjoys climbing mountains, bicycling, and sailing. She strives to help patients of all ages return to the activities they enjoy through movement, manual therapy and education.

After being raised in Iowa City his whole life, David graduated from Luther College in 2006 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Iowa in 2009.  Falcon Physical therapy has been his home ever since.  Primary interests are outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy and therapeutic dry needling.  He spends most of time fixing up his old house and property in Peyton, tinkering with projects way over his head, crossword puzzles, reading and eating his wife's delicious food. He is joined in these endeavors by Ashley, daughter Sophia, son Levi (Bubba) and trusty dogs Midas, Jake and Abby Sue.

Kerri is originally from Pennsylvannia where she recieved her bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh followed by Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Kerri has been working in outpatient orthopedics since starting her career and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. Kerri strives to help patients reach their functional goals through manual techniques and an individualized exercise program.

JP received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Walla Walla University in Walla Walla, Washington in 2013 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA in 2012.  Following graduation, JP spent the first 1 1/2 years of his professional career working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic within the Southern California area.  After his first job he started the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at Loma Linda University, which he graduated from in December of 2015. Since moving to Colorado Springs in the summer of 2016, JP has been working for Falcon Physical Therapy.  JP enjoys working with individuals of all ages in order to help them reach their goals and full potential after rehabbing from injury.  He works diligently at being a detective in searching for the source of the problem, not just treating his symptoms.  When JP is not working he enjoys hiking with the Colorado Mountaineering Club, attending class to learning how to be safer while playing in Colorado’s beautiful mountains. JP also enjoys cycling with Colorado Springs racing and trailing running in the local parks around Colorado Springs with his wife Amanda and his dog Teva.

Born in South Carolina and raised in Texas, Chelsea graduated in May 2015 from South Plains College in Levelland, TX just outside of Lubbock, TX, with an Associates in Science and an AAS in Physical Therapy Assistant. She was president of the Student Physical Therapist Assistant Class of 2015 where she received 2 leadership awards by vote of the class and the Vera Sue Spencer Award and Scholarship for outstanding leadership and community service in the entire South Plains College graduating class of 2015. After graduation she worked in a private practice outpatient orthopedic clinic for 1.5 years before moving to Peyton, CO and began working with Falcon. She loves patients of all kinds and enjoys getting to know each and every one to find out exactly what they need to get better and make physical therapy more fun and enjoyable. In her spare time she really enjoys taking her Jeep Wrangler offroading, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, spending time with her 4 dogs, yoga and just hanging out with her husband Tyler.

Marc actively works with The Classical Academy's football program, as well as the Colorado Springs High School Rugby Club treating athletes, and helping keep them safe on the field. Felicia graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Factors Engineering. Felicia earned her Masters at Harvard University in Government-Environmental Management in 2005, then completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, 2010. Felicia has been practicing on and off at Falcon Physical Therapy since 2010, initially as an orthopedic outpatient therapist and more recently specializing in Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for the last couple years. She is certified in Dry Needling and finds it a great tool when managing patients with chronic pelvic floor pain. Felicia works with women of all ages to include as pre/post natal mothers. She also works with male patients suffering from incontinence or pelvic pain. Felicia continues to serve in the US Air Force as a traditional reservist at the Air Force Academy. Outside of these jobs, she loves Colorado outdoor activities and sharing them with her husband and two young daughters.

Maggie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2003.  She spent the first 7.5 years of her professional career working in Lincoln Nebraska in a private practice clinic that saw a high population of chronic pain patients and a high geriatric clientele.  Maggie and her family left "The Good Life" of Nebraska" for "a better life with a better climate" in Colorado in 2010 and have loved every minute.  She appreciates the need to get people back to their sport or passion quickly and pain free.

Darin received his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.  He then earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Diego, CA.  Prior to joining the team at Falcon Physical Therapy, Darin worked as travel physical therapist in various rehabilitation settings from Iowa to Virginia.  He is level two certified in functional dry needling (an effective treatment for acute and chronic pain, rehabilitation from injury and even pain/injury prevention).  Darin is currently working towards his manual therapy certification, which he plans to complete this year.  As a member of Falcon Physical Therapy team, Darin has managed multiple clinics and has enjoyed mentoring physical therapy students while helping his patients on their road to recovery.

Julie Hartman received her Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University, followed by her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University. Julie began her career at Craig Hospital, a top rehabilitation hospital specializing in treating individuals with spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries. Julie developed and ran The PEAK Center at Craig Hospital, a world renowned activity-based wellness center, housing the most advanced therapeutic technologies. Her passion is working with individuals with neurological disabilities and diseases. She has extensive experience working with state of the art rehabilitative technologies and robotics. When she is not at work Julie is busy being a Mom to her identical twin daughters. In her spare time (ha ha) she enjoys camping, hiking, running, and spending time with her family.

Michaela is a native of Falcon, Colorado who has experienced the Flacon Physical Therapy culture firsthand as a patient, intern, and employee. She graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Pueblo Community College all while maintaining a full time job, getting married and having a baby girl. She graduated in May of 2016 and passed her national licensure exam shortly after in July. Michaela then accepted a job with the same company that piqued her interest in physical therapy. Michaela’s mentality of rehabilitation is geared around manual therapy and emphasizing a home program, making the patient’s self-sufficient in their recovery. She now spends her days enjoying all of the active outlets that Colorado has to offer with her husband Scott, daughter Dakota and their loving dog Arlo.
