Wendy Williams
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Wendy is the Chief Executive Officer of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Conway and Mayflower, as well as the Founder of Progressive Therapy Kids which serves children through out the state of Arkansas. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with 28 years of clinical experience and more than two decades of leading successful therapy organizations, Wendy is passionate about helping individuals of all ages move, heal, and thrive. Her work brings together two ares she cares deeply about—restoring independence and balance for adults, and empowering children to reach their fullest potential. Guided by a desire to make a meaningful difference, she entered the therapy field with a heart for service and a commitment to building programs grounded in excellence, compassion, and integrity. Wendy is especially passionate about pediatric therapy, balance and fall prevention, and developing strong, compassionate leaders in healthcare. One of her greatest professional blessings has been building Progressive Therapy Kids and FYZICAL Conway and Mayflower into thriving, patient-centered clinics rooted in empathy, innovation, and faith. What Wendy loves most about her work is the people—the dedicated teams she leads and the families and patients she serves. She finds daily inspiration in each individual’s story and feels honored to be a part of their journey toward confidence, strength, and independence. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and reading faith-based books. She and her husband, Ryan, stay busy with their four children, a new daughter-in-law, and their three beloved dogs. She also enjoys running, weight training, and cheering for the Conway Christian Eagles and Harding Women’s Basketball. Guided daily by her favorite verse, Isaiah 41:10, Wendy strives to lead with faith, compassion, and purpose in every aspect of her life and work.

Ryan WIlliams
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officre

Ryan Williams is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers in Conway, Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL in Mayflower, and Progressive Therapy Kids across the state. He also oversees therapy services in multiple school districts across Arkansas. Ryan’s vision and leadership have helped build a network of therapy programs that serve children, adults, and families with exceptional, community-centered care. A proud Conway native and lifelong Wampus Cat, Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas before completing his Master of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas. His passion for leadership, innovation, and serving his hometown has shaped his professional journey from the beginning. Ryan and his wife, Wendy, opened their first therapy clinic after recognizing a growing need for high quality outpatient care in Mayflower. What began as a single location has expanded into a thriving family of clinics across the state. His strategic direction has played a key role in bringing state-of-the-art balance, vestibular, pediatric, and orthopedic services to the region. Ryan values the relationships that come with living and working in Faulkner County—the familiar faces he’s known for years and the new connections that become part of the community fabric. He enjoys building meaningful partnerships through business, school programs, and local engagement, and he remains committed to continuing the expansion of accessible therapy services across Arkansas. Ryan attributes much of his success to hard work, perseverance, and the support of his wife and business partner, Wendy. Together, they have four children and stay active in youth sports, local schools, and family activities. He believes strongly in stepping out of your comfort zone, learning as you go, and trusting that with determination and the right team, you can accomplish anything.

Jacklyn Brinkley
Administrative Operations Manager

Jacklyn has been part of FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers since 2012. She began her career as a Physical Therapy Tech and has grown into her current role as Administrative Operations Manager, where her deep knowledge of clinic processes and her ability to be cross trained in nearly every department make her an invaluable asset to the team. Jacklyn’s favorite part of her job is being able to step in wherever she is needed most—supporting patients, assisting staff, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly each day. Known for her reliability, versatility, and positive attitude, she helps create a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and team members. Outside of work, Jacklyn and her husband, married since 2016, stay busy with their two children, two dogs, and cat. As a family, they enjoy watching LSU football and baseball and spending time outdoors together. Jacklyn also loves baking, reading, and crocheting, and one item on her bucket list is to master the art of sourdough baking. 

Tyler Williams
Director of Operations and Marketing

Tyler Williams serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers, where he plays an integral role in both day-to-day clinic operations and organizational strategy. A graduate of Harding University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tyler brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership and is deeply committed to creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door. In his role, Tyler supports executive decision-making, oversees marketing and outreach initiative, and helps ensure that clinic operations run efficiently across locations. Known for his reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships, Tyler contributes significantly to the positive, welcoming environment FYZICAL is known for. His favorite part of his job is connecting with patients and learning their stories – he believes that great care begins with genuine communication and trust. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors, especially bass fishing, deer hunting, and duck hunting with his wife, Aubrey. Whether he’s in the clinic or in the woods, he values patience, focus, and a good sense of humor—qualities that continue to shape his leadership and his contributions to the FYZICAL team.

Brooklyn Freeling
Office Support

Brooklyn Freeling serves as an integral member of the FYZICAL Therapy team in Conway, where she provides dedicated office support to both staff and clients. She holds an associate’s degree in General Education and takes pride in contributing to a welcoming, family-like environment within the clinic. Brooklyn enjoys the teamwork and connection that come with helping to create a positive and efficient work experience. Outside of work, Brooklyn loves spending time outdoors-whether hiking, working out, or sightseeing-and she’s an avid book enthusiast. Brooklyn also enjoys cheering on her favorite football teams: the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys. One of her proudest personal milestones is becoming an aunt to her sweet niece, Hazley Jade.

Billy Wilmoth, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist and Clinical Director

Dr. Billy Wilmoth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the Clinical Director at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center of Conway. Since joining FYZICAL in 2021, he has led the clinical teams in both the Conway and Mayflower locations with a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and patient-centered care. A graduate of Harding University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, Billy specializes in balance and vestibular rehabilitation holds FYZICAL Balance Level 3 Certification, one of the highest levels of training within FYZICAL’s national balance program. He also holds advanced certification in dry needling and brings extensive manual therapy skills to his practice. In addition, Billy has valuable sideline sports experience, giving him a strong foundation in treating athletic injuries and supporting athletes in real time performance environments. Billy is known for his skilled hands on approach, thoughtful clinical reasoning, and genuine dedication to helping each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence. As Clinical Director, he invests in mentoring therapists, elevating clinical outcomes, and ensuring every patient receives individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and you’ll often find him hunting, fishing, or woodworking on the weekends. 

Angela Bishop, MS OTR/L, CHT
Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist

Angela Bishop is an experienced occupational therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) with more than eight years of clinical practice. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas and is highly regarded for her expertise in treating complex conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. As a CHT, Angela frequently treats patients following CMC arthroplasties (thumb joint replacements), ORIF of wrist fractures, collateral ligament repairs, flexor tendon repairs, trigger finger releases, and other intricate hand surgeries. She maintains direct, collaborative relationships with local hand surgeons and is always willing to work closely with them to coordinate care and support the best possible outcomes for her patients. Angela also fabricates custom splints, often the same day or by the next day depending on the patient’s needs, to protect healing structures and optimize function of the hand and wrist. In addition, she uses tools such as KT taping, tuning fork techniques, and advanced scar massage to help manage pain, support healing, and improve mobility. Her experience extends beyond the hand and wrist to include treatment for shoulder pain, rotator cuff repairs, labral repairs, and elbow surgeries, allowing her to care for the full upper extremity from shoulder to fingertip. Angela is passionate about empowering individuals to regain function, confidence, and independence in their daily lives. She uses a holistic, client-centered approach—focusing on each person’s unique strengths, goals, and challenges—to create individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress. Her commitment to staying current with evidence-based practices ensures her patients receive the highest standard of specialized care. Beyond her clinical work, Angela values a holistic lifestyle and enjoys sharing active outdoor experiences with her family. When she isn’t in the clinic, she can be found hunting, hiking, fishing, or biking with her husband and two children. Angela’s life experiences and genuine compassion allow her to connect deeply with her patients and support them throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Rosemary Suggs, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist and Student Coordinator

Dr. Rosemary Suggs earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015. As a physical therapist and the Student Coordinator at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers, she is committed to delivering exceptional orthopedic and sports rehabilitation care while mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Rosemary brings a broad and highly specialized skill set to her practice. She is certified in dry needling and has extensive sideline sports experience, particularly with competitive cheer, dance, gymnastics, and football. She also holds certification in Emergency Response for the Athlete, equipping her to manage acute injuries and provide immediate care in high-demand athletic environments. Before joining FYZICAL, Rosemary worked as a travel physical therapist, gaining experience with a wide variety of diagnoses, patient populations, and clinical settings. This background has strengthened her adaptability, clinical reasoning, and ability to create effective, individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs. Rosemary is known for her compassionate approach, strong patient education, and commitment to helping individuals restore movement, build strength, and return to the activities they love. Her philosophy of care emphasizes functional strength, confidence, and long term wellness. Outside the clinic, Rosemary is a devoted mother, an enthusiastic runner, and a creative DIYer. She believes deeply in the power of movement to enhance quality of life and brings that philosophy into every aspect of her work. Her energy, empathy, and dedication make her a valued partner in each patient’s journey toward better mobility and health. 

Brooke Halter, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist and Social Media Coordinator

Dr. Brooke Halter is a physical therapist at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers and also serves as the clinic’s Social Media Coordinator. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas and is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Brooke brings a diverse clinical background to her role, with prior experience in aquatic therapy and home health, and she holds advanced certification in dry needling. She has sideline sports experience across multiple sports and coaches soccer locally, giving her a strong understanding of both injury prevention and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Brooke has a special clinical interest in neurologic and geriatric rehabilitation, and she frequently utilizes the SOLO system at the Conway location to hep patients safely practice walking, regain confidence, and work toward returning to community activities. She finds it especially rewarding to help individuals rebuild independence, balance, and functional mobility after life-changing events. Known for her encouraging presence and thoughtful one-on-one care, Brooke is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients and tailoring each treatment plan to their unique goals and abilities. In her role as Social Media Coordinator, she also enjoys highlighting patient success stories, educating the community, and showcasing the heart of FYZICAL’s mission. Outside of the clinic, Brooke enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Alex, stay busy keeping up with their son, along with their two cats and one dog. Brooke is dedicated to helping every patient feel supported, motivated, and hopeful on their journey toward better movement and balance. 

Brad Smith, MSPT
Physical Therapist

Brad Smith, MSPT, is a highly experienced physical therapist at Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL in Mayflower. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Harding University in 1997 and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2001. With nearly 25 years of clinical experience, Brad has served patients across home health, outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation—giving him exposure to almost every diagnosis imaginable. Brad holds RockBlade certification and is well regarded for his advanced manual therapy skills. He is considered a home health expert and brings extensive orthopedic experience to his practice. His broad background allows him to quickly identify patient needs, adapt treatment strategies, and create effective, personalized rehabilitation plans. Drawn to physical therapy by a desire to help people return to the activities they love, Brad is known for delivering high-quality, individualized care while maintaining the warm, small town environment Progressive Therapy by FYZICAL is known for. His approach blends expertise, encouragement, and just the right amount of challenge to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting results. Outside of work, Brad is an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoys shooting sports and movies, as well as volunteering as a role player at DARC. Handy with vehicle repairs, he rarely shies away from a project. Brad and his wife, Tiffany, have been married nearly 25 years and have three children—Paxton, Colton, and Lyla Jo—along with two dogs and two cats. A devoted Razorbacks fan, Brad often jokes that if he weren’t a physical therapist, he would probably be a cop or a lawyer. Patients affectionately describe him as a “torturer”—but a kind one who truly wants them to get better.

Nels Paskalides, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Nels Paskalides is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with six years of outpatient experience. He earned his associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Keiser University in Sarasota, Florida. Before beginning his career in physical therapy, Nels proudly served seven years in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and work ethic he brings to his patients today. Nels is known for his highly hands on treatment style, his ability to listen deeply, and his dedication to spending focused, one-on-one time with each patient. He takes pride in getting to the root of pain and ensuring that every concern is addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully. Patients appreciate his calm, attentive presence and the confidence he instills through education, encouragement, and consistent progress. He is passionate about fitness, strength training, cardiovascular health, and postural correction, and he integrates these principles into all individualized treatment plans. His goal is to help every patient feel stronger, move better, and gain lasting confidence in their bodies. Nels and his wife relocated to Arkansas in 2024 with their two dogs. Outside of the clinic, he’s usually found running around his neighborhood, training in his garage gym, or riding his Harley Davidson. His enthusiasm for an active lifestyle inspires both his personal and professional approach to movement and wellness.
