Clinical Director
With over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience, our clinical director and physical therapist brings an abundance of expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
His career spans a wide range of settings—including outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, acute care hospitals, and home health—providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the rehabilitation journey. He has worked extensively with individuals recovering from stroke, as well as those managing Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, vestibular and balance disorders, orthopedic conditions, and post-op recovery. His treatment philosophy emphasizes functional recovery, mobility enhancement, and improving quality of life through evidence-based practice.
He has Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word as well as a Master's of Education in Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas at Austin.

Destiny Camarillo, OTR, OTD • Occupational Therapist
Destiny, a San Antonio native, is passionate about building meaningful connections with her patients. She find it incredibly rewarding to support them as they regain the ability to do the things they want, need, or love to do. Watching their progress and growing confidence is truly the best part of her work.
After moving to California and then Virginia, she returned to Texas, as it’s the place she truly considers home. She earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from UT Austin, and later completed her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Outside of her career, she enjoys anything from board games to activities that get her out of the house, like bowling and volleyball.

Lucila Rago • Client Care Specialist
Lucila is dedicated to improving the patient experience in all healthcare settings and is driven to improve stroke outcomes nationwide. She's currently getting her Masters in Health Community and Policy, and in her spare time she works for her family's nonprofit organization - The Stroke Foundation.
Sonia Garcia • Client Care Specialist
Sonia loves to bring a welcoming smile to all of our patients and help deliver high quality care from the moment you walk into our clinic. She is proudly born and raised right here in San Antonio. In her free time, she is a devoted mother of two boys and a Licensed Eye Lash Technician.
Monica Ann Garcia • Physician Liaison
Being a caregiver to both of her parents, Monica Ann is passionate about patient care and quality customer service. She's motivated to be the ultimate physician liaison and senior resource advocate for the San Antonio community.
After graduating from Texas Tech, she's garnered 20 years of experience in marketing for the senior healthcare and pain management fields in San Antonio.

Ryan Cink • Operations Director
Ryan is a Villanova University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a background that bridges both the medical and real estate fields. His scientific training gave him an analytical mindset and attention to detail, while his professional experiences have strengthened his ability to connect with people and solve problems in dynamic environments.
Outside of work, Ryan is passionate about history and a lifelong enthusiast of sports specifically soccer. Known for his strong work ethic, he approaches every challenge with focus, persistence, and a drive to achieve meaningful results
