CAN STRETCHING HELP ME ACHIEVE MY HEALTH AND WELLNESS GOALS?

Stretching should be at the core of your fitness routine. It is a proven way to reduce the potential for an injury, increase joint mobility, and prepare for physical activity – whether that be day-to-day activities or athletic performance! 

WILL STRETCHING CAUSE SORENESS?

In some cases, stretching may cause minor pain that mirrors a tough workout. Pain should not persist past a few days, but if you experience lingering pain, consult with your physician as there may be an underlying condition.

HOW CAN A STRETCH PRACTITIONER HELP ME ACHIEVE A DEEPER STRETCH?

Stretch Practitioners are movement experts, who obtain specialty certifications and training to help you achieve a deeper stretch than you would be able to achieve on your own. Practitioners utilize stretching techniques to guide you through specific movements that progress your stretch intensity over time. 

DO I NEED TO HAVE A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Not at all! We offer single sessions that do not require an existing membership to schedule.

WILL SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT BE USED DURING MY SESSION?

While a practitioner may use some items for your session, like a table strap, our stretches are typically hands-on and free-form, done from the comfort of a chair or treatment table. 

Your practitioner may suggest the regular use of a Stretch-Strap for your at-home program; Stretch-Straps are available for purchase in our waiting room.
