Physical therapy in El Paso for Knee

Sit on a firm chair with an ankle weight or resistance band around your ankle. 

Contract your thigh muscles as you straighten your knee wile keeping your foot/ankle relaxed.

Lower to the start position with control.

Hold and repeat as advised by your FYZICAL Eastlake physical therapist.
