“Best P.T. care team ever! As “a senior” Equestrian athlete, strains and injuries can happen… I’ve come to this group, when needed, since 2006. Receiving and following their P.T. medical care protocols has always gotten me, literally, “back in the saddle, and jumping with joy!”

“My husband and I are both going there for his shoulder surgery and my hip surgery PT. They are professional, proficient, and so easy to work with. Couldn’t be more satisfied.”

“This is my first time going to physical therapy and it’s been a great experience. I hurt my back years ago but it has gotten worse over the years. My Dr. recommended PT before anything. Every single employee there is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome; they love what they do. I have had the pleasure of working with not one but three employees, and each one of them gives the same type of energy. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend this place.”

QUESTIONS?
We've Got Answers
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first therapy visit will take about 45 minutes; you’ll be paired with your therapy team, review your health history with your therapist, and establish a treatment plan that is aligned with your broader health goals. Please try and arrive 20 minutes early so that our front office team can organize your paperwork and complete your new patient intake.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
While our team will collect your information at the time of scheduling, it's important to bring physical copies of:
- Insurance Card(s)
- Driver's License or Identification Card
- Health History Documentation
- If applicable, Physician's prescription for physical therapy
Do I need a prescription or referral from my doctor?
There are many scenarios in which you do not need to have a prescription or referral from your doctor to start physical therapy. Call our team today, and we will review our local Direct Access requirements.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes, we are a Medicare provider. Medicare can cover 80% of physical and occupational therapy services. The remaining 20% is the patient's responsibility unless you have a supplemental insurance.
Do you accept private insurance(s)?
Our team is happy to accept any insurance - we are in-network with more major payors; however, it is very important that benefits must be verified before treatment to ensure coverage. As a courtesy, our team verifies benefits for you, prior to your first appointment.
