Class Schedule

Gym access for open workouts begins at 7:00 AM, Monday – Friday closing at 8:00 PM.


On weekends, we are only open on Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

We offer Medical Wellness Programs during the following times. Ask our team for more information by calling 239.561.1177.

  • Stretch Therapy - Mon, Wed & Fri 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Zumba (Morning) - Mon, Wed & Fri 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • A Strong U - Tues & Thurs 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • Adaptive Yoga - Tues & Thurs - 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Rock Steady Boxing (PD1) - Mon, Wed & Fri 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Rock Steady Boxing (PD2) - Mon, Wed & Fri - 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Rock Steady Boxing (PD4) - Tues & Thurs - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Medical Wellness - Tues & Thurs - 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • Zumba (Evening) - Mon & Wed - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM 
  • High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - Mon, Wed & Fri - 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Yoga Level 1 & 2 - Tues & Thurs - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Yoga Level 1 (Weekend) - Sat - 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
