Gym access for open work outs begins at 7AM, Monday – Friday, and 7:30 A on Saturdays.

  • Balance Training - Wed & Fri 10:00 am
  • Cognitive Training - Wed & Fri 9:00 am
  • Fighting Chronic Disease - Tue & Thur 10:00 am
  • Heart Healthy - Tue & Thur 9:00 am
  • Rock Steady Boxing - PD1 Mon & Wed 11:00 am, Sat 9:00 am
  • PD2/3 Tue & Thur 1:30 pm, Sat 10:00 am
  • PD4 Tue & Thur 12:00 pm
