Meet our Physical Therapist
Alexandra Scallions - DPT University of Central Arkansas
Dr. Scallions' received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Central Arkansas. Alexandra has always had a passion to serve her community. She looks forward to helping the Fort Smith residents love their life!
In her free time, Alexandra loves to spend time with her husband and their dog River.
The Scallions idea of a perfect date night consists of Razorback baseball, basketball, and gymnastics.

Cydney Miner - Customer Care Specialist cydney.miner@fyzical.com
Cydney graduated from UAFS with her Bachelors of Business Administration. She is orginally from the Fort Smith area and is a huge fan of animals (except snakes!). She has always wanted to help better her community and has found that with Fyzical.
In her free time Cydney enjoys spending time outdoors either hiking, kayaking, or going to concerts.

Connor recently moved to Fort Smith after graduating from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. He loves spending time out in the community. He strives to learn and listen on what we can do to deliver the highest qaulity care to Fort Smith.
When he isn’t in the office, Connor is either lifting weights at the gym or watching a documentary with his Fiancé and two cats.
