- Do you want to exercise in a FUN and SAFE class supervised by Physical Therapists?
Getting active will help reduce your aches/pains, can slow/reverse osteoporosis, and decrease your risk of falling! The session will begin with a short presentation on how to improve osteoporosis and prevent falls. Then, we will have a 45 minute workout to musical hits from the 60's, 70's, and 80's focusing on endurance, strength, and balance. Bring tennis shoes, water, and small hand weights if you desire (not required). We hope to see you there!
