Your First To FYZICAL Hackettstown

Your first therapy visit will be an evaluation and take approximately 60 minutes. You will meet with your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a treatment plan will be established. Your DPT will determine how many times a week you will need to visit and your subsequent appointments will be approximately 40-60 minutes depending on a number of factors. For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early so that our team can verify your paperwork and insurance information.

  • Payment is due at the time of each service
  • We will advise you of your financial responsibility on your first visit, if not before

DO WE ACCEPT MEDICARE?

Yes, we are a Medicare provider. Medicare covers 80% of physical and occupational therapy services. The remaining 20% is the patient's responsibility unless you have a supplemental insurance. As a courtesy we bill all secondary insurances.

DO WE ACCEPT PRIVATE INSURANCE?

Yes. As a newly opened FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center, we are still considered out-of-network, and we have been very successful in checking client benefits and advocating for reimbursement. Before your initial 60-minute Physical Therapy evaluation, we will check with your insurance plan to see if you have out-of-network benefits and understand what they cover and what your co-pay or other financial responsibility might be (have you met your deductible, etc.). Our goal is to help you feel better, and we are here to help you navigate your insurance benefits.
