Greetings

Welcome to the Fyzical Indialantic newsletter.

Our Indialantic Clinic is Moving!

On Monday, August 28 we will be opening our NEW Indialantic clinic. Our address will 417 5th Ave, STE. 101B. To be clear, our Melbourne Beach clinic is staying right where it is...but our Indialantic Clinic is moving 2 blocks down 5th Avenue. For those who have been around for a while, you may remember our new building as the old Riverside Bank, or as the TB Bank, or as a former physical therapy clinic where Peter used to work! Our new Indialantic clinic will be double the size of our current clinic, with some brand new, state-of-the-art therapy equipment. There will be plenty of parking (and no stairs to navigate). We are super excited for our new digs. We will be sharing the first floor of this building with Dr. Rebecca Hunton (Radiantly Healthy, MD).  We can't wait to move in. Be on the look out for additional information about an Open House in October. Details to come:)

Understanding Inflammation

Inflammation is a natural reaction in the body that supports healing following tissue damage. However, excess inflammation makes it hard for the body to recover quickly from an injury. This means that healing cannot occur efficiently until the inflammation is resolved. Prompt injury management can help control inflammation, reduce its severity, and allow the next stage of the healing process to occur.
