Todd has been a physical therapist for over 25 years… and is still passionate about going to work every day.  He continues to practice the art of manual therapy and tailored exercise within the realm of evidence-based practice to speed and optimize outcomes.
Todd’s desire to help those in need has led him to obtain several rigorous and respected certifications, including board certification in orthopedics and an advanced doctorate with a musculoskeletal specialty.  However, beyond certifications and academic work, Todd is better known for his active listening, patient-centered and results-driven care.

Diane Pollock, RN, BSN

Diane is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience, most being hospital-based.  Having previous operations management experience, she now serves as our office manager to guide us with wisdom, generosity and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Shawna graduated from Idaho State University (ISU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology followed by a Master’s of Physical Therapy in 2002. She became interested in physical therapy after experiencing sport related injuries, including those as a Division 1 athlete at ISU competing in cross country running and track. Currently, she is an expert and national instructor in the manual technique, Fascial Distortion Model.  Shawna is also a certified clinical instructor for PT and PTA students. 
 
Shawna gained interest in manual therapy and soft tissue techniques while in Physical Therapy graduate school. She even presented original research at the American Physical Therapy Association’s national Combined Sections meeting. While no longer actively involved in research, Shawna continues to learn and implement many of the latest techniques and innovative ideas that emerge through research and clinical practice.
 
Shawna continues to expand her base of knowledge, develop her manual therapy skills and pursue complimentary exercise techniques that address soft tissue tension patterns and pain while building strength and control for the body. Moreover, she is excited to share her knowledge with both her patients as well as clinicians looking for rapid relief and more complete recovery. She is passionate about her profession and ever-evolving quest to help others return to a pain-free and healthy lifestyle.

In her free time, Shawna enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, cross-country skiing, and snow machining. 

Ben Morris,

Ben, a New Hampshire native, graduated from Husson University in Bangor, Maine with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2016.  He then continued at Husson to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018.  During his time at Husson, Ben played and coached lacrosse at the Division III level.  He has always had a love for helping people and promoting overall health and wellness. 
 
Ben has worked with patients from 1-month old babies to 104-year old adults.  He worked in the athletic training department throughout his time as Husson and worked with Division I and III athletes in every sport.  He also has experience with older adults in a skilled nursing facilities as well as children the pediatric settings.  Ben loves working with people of all ages but has a passion for working in orthopedics and with children of all ages. 
 
In his free time, you can find Ben hiking, skiing, fishing, climbing, and playing sports.
