Meet Veronica Loredo, our Patient Success Manager. As the first point of contact for patients, she plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the exceptional care we provide. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she bridges the gap for our diverse community, ensuring every patient feels understood and supported from the first conversation. Veronica focuses on building lasting relationships, offering emotional support, and motivating patients throughout their recovery. She connects patients to healthcare resources for needs beyond what our clinic provides and ensures that every patient feels like part of a family that genuinely cares about their recovery—both during their journey and long after. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and experience in both Inpatient and Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation, Veronica has developed a keen ability to anticipate and meet patient needs. She is also pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work, further enhancing her commitment to patient care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active through hiking, walking, and resistance training, values that align with her passion for helping others regain mobility and strength.
