They are altruistic, waking up each morning wanting to help people get back to being the best versions of themselves. Melissa Benefiel, PT, DPT, ATC, AIB-VR2
Physical Therapist / Clinical Director
Melissa graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Belmont University. She utilizes exercised based therapy to improve balance and reduce dizziness. She believes that patients should not have to be told to "learn to live with dizziness” and understands that management of patients with vestibular issues can be one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences as a clinician.
Melissa treats a broad range of vestibular diagnoses including BPPV (vertigo), Vestibular Neuritis/Labyrinthitis, Concussion, Migraine associated dizziness, Space Motion Discomfort (SMD), Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MDDS), Phobic Postural Vertigo (PPV), Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD), Motor Conversion Disorders, Cerebellar Diseases, Parkinson's Disease and others.
Melissa is a Certified Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer with years of training in high-level vestibular rehabilitation through the American Institute of Balance and other organizations.

Neha Joshi, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Neha is a Physical Therapist who graduated from Wichita State University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.
She has worked with a wide range of patient population from pediatrics to older adults. She is certified in dry needling and has experience treating orthopedic conditions like back pain, joint pain, arthritis, and post-op rehab as well as patients with neurologic, vestibular and balance deficits.
Neha is a mom to 2 kids and in her free time she loves gardening, travel, and painting.

Coleen Baur, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Coleen is a Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked with a wide variety of orthopedic patients in various outpatient settings as well as aquatic therapy since 2014.
She was born and raised in Ohio and has lived in Alaska, Colorado, Tennessee and now in Texas.
She is a wife, mom, and proud grandmother. She enjoys the outdoors, exploring, hiking, traveling and taking in the scenery.
