Kerri Bittinger
Kerri’s journey in healthcare began at Clarion University, where she initially pursued a career in teaching. However, after undergoing knee surgery, her passion for sports and fascination with the healing process led her to change her course. She went on to earn a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from CCAC and has since dedicated her career to helping others through rehabilitation.
Specializing in neurological rehabilitation, Kerri has worked extensively with patients diagnosed with conditions such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and stroke. She has also treated a broad range of patient populations, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries (hip and knee replacements), spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and amputations. One of her most memorable experiences was teaching a 104-year-old how to shoot basketballs—proof that age is no barrier to success in rehab. Though she initially thought her career would lead her into sports medicine, her passion for helping patients of all ages and conditions has shaped her path in unexpected and fulfilling ways.
Outside of her professional life, Kerri is a devoted wife and mother, enjoying family adventures that include traveling to waterfalls, national parks, and Disney World. Her dream vacation would be exploring the western U.S. and visiting destinations with crystal-clear waters. When she’s not traveling, Kerri stays active by playing sports. She enjoys shooting hoops, playing tennis with her daughter, and learning pickleball.
Kerri is thrilled to be part of the FYZICAL family, where she combines her love for helping others with her passion for improving balance and mobility—while having fun along the way!
