We specialize in balance retraining, using an overhead rail system that empowers you to train without the risk of falling. You’ll work on various skills that enable you to remain independent at home and safe from falling.
Best of all, at Fyzical North Cotner, we provide a variety of services within our facilities, not just balance retraining. Our aquatic therapy program is a form of pain management therapy that minimizes stress while treating back pain, knee pain, post surgical pain, and overall wellness.
Eric Bjorkman
Eric Bjorkman has been the owner and operator of several Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers in the Irvingdale area since 2004. Born in Lincoln, he studied Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska before pursuing his Master’s of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
After receiving his degree in Physical Therapy, he returned to Lincoln in November of 2000 to start his physical therapy career. He grew his practice through connections to the community and by working with all populations within the city.
In 2008, he earned his Orthotic Certification from Northwestern University in Chicago. Then, in 2023, he and his wife opened a second location for Fyzical Lincoln and continue to serve the balance needs of the Lincoln community today.
Kelly Bjorkman
Kelly Bjorkman has been teaching within the public school system for 20 years with a focus on technology. She recently joined the Fyzical Lincoln team to help the clinic grow and support the community in this area.
