About Our Physical Therapy Specialists
Beyond the degrees and licensing required by law, our physical therapists are clinically educated and trained through FYZICAL®. They’re altruistic, waking up each morning to help people get back to being the best versions of themselves.
Our therapists are passionate about healthcare and making a positive impact on people’s lives. Randi Bagley, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Randi earned her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Physical Therapy from Northern Virginia Community College. After this, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine Management from Keene State College.
She continued her education and earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, she is a Certified Physical Therapy Specialist in the US Army.
She became a Physical Therapist Assistant because she loved sports medicine and wanted to take it a step further. She was a personal trainer while she was in college and became fascinated with the physiology of exercise. Randi has extensive training in geriatric care and progressive neurological disorders and is passionate about neurological disorders and hip/knee & ankle disorders.
In her free time, Randi is an avid paddleboarder. She enjoys fitness and walking as well as going to the gym.
She continued her education and earned her Master of Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. Additionally, she is a Certified Physical Therapy Specialist in the US Army.

- She is addicted to Audible/audiobooks.
- Her field hockey team went undefeated during her final season with them!
Veronica Wagner, PTA
Veronica earned her Physical Therapist Assistant Degree from Keiser University. Her favorite part about working with patients is getting to know them and watching them progress and return to the activities that they enjoy. She joined FYZICAL® because she wanted to increase her knowledge as a therapist and provide one-on-one patient care.

- She’s been married for 15 years and has a son graduating high school soon.
- She loves dancing salsa, bachata, and almost all music.
- She loves sushi — in fact, it's her favorite dish!
Jodi Consuegra, PTA
Jodi received her Bachelor's Degree from Florida International University. Jodi became a PTA to help people get back to doing what they love. She is experienced in outpatient therapy and she loves the one-on-one patient model at FYZICAL®!

Annette Sanjuan-Santiago, Consumer Care Specialist (CCS)
Annette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration. Her favorite part about working with patients is seeing their smiles and knowing they’re getting the care they need. She joined FYZICAL® because she wanted to be a part of an organization that knows how to uphold their mission while providing quality care to all.
