“ I had first tried to schedule with a different PT clinic that's nearby (no naming names but it rhymes with Shmackson Shminic). It was a logistical disaster. I gave up because their process was convoluted and I would have had to wait two weeks for an initial consultation/appointment. By contrast, I had an excellent experience at Fyzical, from the initial intake to scheduling appointments to the therapy itself. Thomas (the front desk associate) is helpful and patient. My DPT, Daniel, was excellent. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and approaches each patient with good humor and a kind spirit. He understood my concerns and goals for PT, and took them seriously. Most importantly, he got my shoulder back into good working order! The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, light & bright, and has ample equipment. And although I hope not to need their services again anytime soon, I'm happy to have this resource close-by. ”
