Owner, Clinical Director
PT, DPT

Lauren has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2013. After having her first child,  Lauren became interested in pelvic rehabilitation and women's health. She sought special education and training through the American Physical Therapy Association Section on Women's Health and the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Lauren grew up in a tight-knit Oklahoma family.  She trained in Classical Ballet with several renowned, local instructors (including Kay Sandel and Lisa Webb).  Lauren spent several summers training at the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, where she was introduced to Pilates.  It was a great learning experience, as she was able to condition and rehabilitate injuries throughout her ballet career.  Following an injury at the Harid Conservatory, Lauren moved with her family to Canada and trained for 2 years with the National Ballet School of Canada, where she was introduced to physical therapy.  Lauren went on to complete her degree in Ballet Performance at Indiana University and danced professionally with Texas Dance Theatre.  During her last season with TDT Lauren transitioned into the next stage of her career, as she entered Physical Therapy school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.  While she was in school Lauren first had the opportunity to work with dancers providing the quality physical therapy that had been so important in her own career.

She has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2013.   After having her first child,  Lauren became interested in pelvic rehabilitation and women's health. She sought special education and training through the American Physical Therapy Association Section on Women's Health and the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

After the birth of her second child, with a growing of her own, Lauren knew it was time to come back to Oklahoma to plant roots of her own.  She is proud to be a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma City, and excited to be able to share Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in OKC.
