Sandi Salazar MSPT, Owner Nike GPS, CAFS
Sandi is the CEO and owner of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Phoenix, AZ. Sandi's passion for physical therapy was sparked early on as a multisport highschool and collegiate athlete at Grand Canyon University. She graduated from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998 with an emphasis in sports medicine and orthopedics.
A dedication to training afforded her an injury free career and has allowed her to continue to enjoy participating in sports and a variety of fitness and outdoor activities, with the mission to bring out the inner athlete in all through an active lifestyle. Since graduating, she has been involved as a trainer for both club volleyball and soccer teams and worked closely with a former Phoenix Sun's Team Physician. She has had the honor of working with professional basketball and football athletes as well as a former Olympian, but her love had always been on developing the young female athlete and preparing them for lifelong success both on and off the field/court.
In 2007, after attending a seminar introducing her to the John Barnes approach to myofascial release, she quickly integrated this amazing structural body work with all of her patients. It has truly transformed the practice into a niche practice addressing the whole person the minute they walk in the door. The practice continues to evolve, progressing into balance and vestibular dysfunction and it's link to common orthopedic injuries in the athlete and its importance in preventing falls in the aging population.
In her spare time she enjoys running with her dogs, touring the valleys many soccer fields, coaching volleyball, and watching her kids passion for sports and physical activity grow.

Molly Larriva PTA
Molly is originally from a small town in the great state of North Carolina where she graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in elementary education. After moving to Arizona she decided to change career paths from education to physical therapy and hasn't looked back. During her first clinical rotation of PTA school at Carrington College she was lucky enough to have been placed with Sandi Salazar at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers. She was even luckier to have been offered to join the Fyzical team after graduating and earning her PTA license. Since starting with Fyzical she has grown to really love working with patients with balance issues. "I enjoy seeing the growth of people going from limiting their activities because of the fear of falling to becoming more and more safe and independent."
Recently she moved to a land far, far away called Maricopa, but is happy to make the long drive to and from work every day because she truly believes in Sandi's approach and philosophy when treating patients. "I don't think I could find any clinics quite like Fyzical."
Kimberly Maher PTA
Kimberly received her Physical Therapy Assistant certification from Gateway Community College in Phoenix, AZ. She has experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation as well as serving the veteran community. One of her clinical rotations was completed at Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers where she became enthralled with the amazing client results while utilizing a form of care that eliminates the risk of falling, and the hands on benefits of Myofascial Release.
Prior to going back to school for Physical Therapy, Kimberly taught elementary school during the time in which her husband was serving in the United States Air Force. She decided to get into this field to share her desire and continued practice for health and wellness, and help improve other's quality of life.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors hiking and camping in beautiful Arizona, reading and working on many creative projects.
