I have been a member for 15 years and I love being a part of this gym. The smaller size creates a comfortable atmosphere and the perfect fitness environment for the senior population. The equipment is adequate and the staff is supportive. The classes and personal training options make staying active enjoyable and effective. This hidden gem is a wonderful find in our community!
