BACKGROUND
Sarah grew up in Texas, where everything is bigger, especially their Texan pride (Go Cowboys! Go Mavericks! Go Rangers!). Sarah spent 10 years in San Diego, CA before moving to Colorado in 2019.

EDUCATION
Sarah earned her B.S. in Biology at Arkansas Tech University . She went on to earn her PTA degree in 2009. She also has extensive experience in home healthcare - making her solidly in first place as the in-office expert. Ask her for tips on what you can do with what you already have at home!

FAMILY
Sarah is married to her husband Ryan, who is an accountant that she first met in the 5th grade. They have 2 beloved dogs - Oakley, a Bernedoodle, and Roux, a golden retriever. You’ll never find her too far from them!
A PERFECT GAME
Strike Three!! After playing competitive softball for her entire young life, Sarah and her team went on to win the state tournament for the whole state of Texas. Then they were off to the Little League World Series where Sarah pitched a perfect game! A perfect game! Her extensive skills eventually resulted in a scholarship to college, as well as several coaching roles. She then extended her coaching abilities into the world of fitness, coaching CrossFit as well.

FUN FACT
Sarah has completed a few half-marathons, a triathlon, and is currently training for an ultramarathon and to hike Rim-to-Rim in the Grand Canyon. When not at work, you may find her and her husband hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or training for their next adventure.
