DR. TAYLOR KLEITZ
Physical Therapist

BACKGROUND
Casey is a born and raised Floridian who decided to trade Disney World and the beaches for the mountains! Though she still visits home often. She grew up a competitive ballroom dancer and now loves to hike and explore in her free time.

EDUCATION
Casey received her Bachelors in Health Sciences as well as her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. She continues to pursue continued education in orthopedics, pelvic health and pediatrics. Felicia earned her Bachelor's of Science at the US Air Force Academy, her Masters in Government Studies from Harvard University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University. She also has extensive additional certifications in Pelvic Rehabilitation.

FAMILY
Casey is married to her high school sweetheart, Jordan, who is an occupational therapist. Their only child for now is their pet rabbit, Meeko. They love to spend their time hiking, camping and exploring however they can. Felicia began dating her husband when they were both cadets at the Air Force Academy. She has two daughters who love lacrosse and many other sports. As a family, they enjoy skiing and traveling.
Casey is a huge proponent of treating you as a complete person. She wants to know what is going on physically and mentally and believes well-being goes far beyond the diagnosis that may have brought you into physical therapy. While she is here to support you for every physical milestone, she also wants to know about your personal wins. She can't wait to treat you and get to know you as a human being!

FUN FACT
Casey has wanted to be a physical therapist since she was 15 years old! She was in 10th grade when she volunteered at a hospital and got to see a young girl with cerebral palsy walk for the first time. After being a nanny all throughout school, she has a special heart for working with kids and finds joy in bringing out her inner child.
