Diaphragmatic Breathing

Learn breathing techniques to help you use the diaphragm correctly while breathing. This breathing technique offers several benefits to your body including reducing your blood pressure and heart rate and improving relaxation.

Strengthening Your Core

1:30pm

Learn simple exercises to do to help strengthen your core. Strengthening your core muscles may help back pain get better and lower the risk of falls.

Food, Fun and Dancing

Can't make the classes? No worries! Come out and enjoy mingling with your wellness center community and learn some dance moves! Members who attend will also be automatically entered to win awesome prizes. Bring a friend and double your chances of winning!
