Can you sense it? New classes are in bloom and they’re ready to help you refresh your mindset and get you moving. Every new goal you crush will brighten your day and give you a newfound confidence about yourself. Investing in your health and wellbeing is the best decision you can make, and that’s why we are offering more classes to help you live an independent and fulfilling life.
Our classes are specifically tailored to help with hip and shoulder mobility and function. We focus on functional movement such as walking and stretching that will help you stay active for life. The Hips for Life classes will continue through the month of May. In June, we plan to start offering a Shoulders for Life classes so be on the lookout for more details on how to sign up!
We also invite you to join us every Wednesday for an afternoon walk. The weather is nice, and it’s a great opportunity to get some fresh air and move your body. Plus, it's always more fun to walk with friends.
