Dear Valued Wellness Member,

Did you know that having more muscle mass is not only an indicator of longevity but also a key factor in reducing fall risks? It's true! Studies have shown that those who live longer tend to have more muscle mass. The amount of muscle you have directly impacts your overall health and quality of life.

Imagine the benefits of having increased muscle strength – greater independence, improved mobility, and an overall higher quality of life. It's no wonder many individuals like yourself are putting in the effort to build those muscles!

But here's the question: how do we accurately measure muscle mass? While lifting weights can be a good indication, there's a more precise way to track your progress through InBody Composition. We are excited to announce that we are now offering Body Composition assessments!

Go beyond the scale with the InBody Test, a non-invasive, quick, and accurate body composition  analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water. Your comprehensive yet easy-to-understand measurements will be available for you within minutes. Get results you can trust so you can reach your health and fitness goals with precision and actionable objectives.

For a limited time, only, we are offering free assessments to the first 20 members who sign-up with our front desk. All Personal Fitness Training Clients will receive a free assessment as well. We will sit down with you and explain your numbers. The assessment and review will take 10-15 minutes. Please sign up with Vanessa at our front desk.

Reach out to our team for more information on how we can help you achieve optimal health and longevity through increased muscle mass.

Wishing you strength and vitality,
