FYZICAL strives to become a contracted in-network provider of physical therapy in Round Rock for as many insurance services as possible. Presently, we are able to accept the following insurers:

Please call our office at (512) 399-5059 and we will be happy to verify your patient's insurance benefits. Once verified, we can provide an estimate for the patient's responsibility which will include any copay, co-insurance, deductible, or any other responsibility your patient may have.
Self-Pay Rates
FYZICAL Round Rock recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer an affordable cash pay rate which is the same for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments:
- Intial Evaluation / Follow-up Visit: $125, or just $95 per visit when you purchase 6 or more visits in advance
