The pre-work exercises before the actual exercises get you started to relax your muscles before you get started. The staff talks and laughs with everyone to make them feel comfortable. They helped to teach me exercises that I could do at home to stretch my fascia and lessen my pain. A year later, when I started having back and neck pain, I knew who to go to. At Fyzical, no matter who I am working with during my session (Jessica, Sandy, Cassie, or Nick) I know I am in good hands. On my good days, they push me to get stronger and on my bad they massage the pain away, whether it be by hand, massager, laser, or a combination of the three. The care they show their patients and the camaraderie among them makes for a great environment and a great place to be. ”

My walk was absolutely terrible, not to mention painful. All of the staff are determined to get me back on track and I love their determination. They work so well with picking up where the other left off during the week. We all need that extra push, and they will definitely give it to ya! But I wouldn’t have it any other way. (Especially Dr. Jessica! She’s tough but it’s well worth it. Thanks for being hard on me.) I see tremendous progress. And I thank you all for it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ”
