WHERE CAN I RECEIVE SERVICES FROM FYZICAL?
We dedicate ourselves to being available to our Military (active, retired, dependents and VA) while getting patients in quickly so you can focus on the tasks at hand. For all physical therapy needs, our San Angelo Office offers a wide variety of services rendered by our Physical Therapists, Tim Bickford and Sterling Eckert.
HOW DO I RECEIVE CARE FROM FYZICAL?
You may call your care facility, or at your next appointment, speak to your PCM and let them know which service you think you would benefit from. Once discussed, request the referral to be sent to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center. For more specific location information to provide to your PCM please see below-

CAN ANYONE RECEIVE CARE?
Yes! With proper documentation, anyone can receive care at FYZICAL with a sign off from their PCM and approval through Humana Military Tricare or the VA Office.
