HOW DOES LASER THRAPY WORK?

During a treatment as light enters your tissue, you may experience a deep soothing warmth. As light penetretes through the injured tissues, it stimulates a process called photobiomodulation (PBM).  Through PBM, photons enter the tissue and trigger a biological cascade of events which increases cellular metabolism, improves circulation, and provides pain relief.   Research has shown unique benefits to Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, including improving localized blood circulation, reducing localized inflammation and/or edema, stimulates wound healing and tissue repair, stimulates nerve function, and develops collagen and muscle tissue. These benefits stimulate healing and result in faster recovery times.
