Torticollis

What is Torticollis?

Torticollis is a condition in infants who may have a tilted head or trouble turning their neck. This can occur from an infant's position in the womb or after a challenging childbirth. Torticollis can also develop in infants who had forceps or vacuum devices used during childbirth. Infants who have this condition will behave normally majority of the time, except for when they perform activities that involve tilting or turning their head.

Physical therapy programs can treat this condition, contact us at FYZICAL South Green Valley today to learn more!
