Dr. Jeremy Beasley is originally from Indiana (Hoosier) . He brings over 16 years of experience in outpatient Orthopedics. He began his career in 2002 as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He  achieved his Bachelors Degree from Governors State University Illinois in 2008. He became a resident to Florida in 2012. In  2016  he graduated from University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He immediately became part of Fyzical's team. His  main focus is Manual Therapy techniques and a true appreciation of Orthopedic cases especially tendon injuries, fractures, spine, and post surgical patients. In November of 2018 he begins his one year  Residency for to participate in  Board Certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Additionally he has been level II certified in the treatment of Vestibular/Balance disorders and treats neurological conditions such as Parkinsons Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury,  and Stroke. He believes in a team approach with the other clinicians and  has a true empathy for patients and their conditions. He strives to help patients achieve above their personal goals.

Georgia Davros

Georgia Davros is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, FL and has been a team member for over 2 years. She graduated with an Associate in Science degree from Broward College in 2016 and has been a member of The American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Florida Physical Therapy Association since 2014. Georgia is currently a clinical instructor for future therapists seeking to enter the field and has volunteered for the Special Olympics locally since she was a student. She truly enjoys working in the exciting field of vestibular rehabilitation among working with other neurological conditions ranging from Parkinson’s disease to cerebral vascular accidents and even spinal cord injuries just to name a few. One of her many passions in the field of physical therapy is working closely with amputees and their prosthetists to assist her patients in getting back to functioning on a community level. She is now seeking a certification in an orthopedic program to further advance her skills within the company.  

Roxana Rangel-Pomo

Roxana Rangel Pomo is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida She has been a member of the Fyzical family for almost a year, first as a technician and now as PTA.  She graduated with an Associate in Science from Hodges University in 2017 and has been an active member of the APTA for 2 years. She is focused on increasing her skills and knowledge in order to offer a more specialized service with current certifications on Bladder control and pelvic floor examination, Lumbar spine and pelvic techniques, and Vestibular level II courses. Her passion is to work with neurological conditions such as CVA, TBI, MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, and SCI moreover she enjoys working in the field of vestibular rehabilitation for which she is seeking the opportunities to increase her knowledge in the discipline.

Eric Stevenson

Eric graduated from University of Florida with a BHS degree in physical therapy in 1980. Upon graduation, he started his career at Lee Memorial Hospital as staff physical therapist and later become an out patient supervisor. In 1991, he started Stevenson Physical Therapy Inc. in Fort Myers off McGregor Blvd. Stevenson Physical Therapy then purchased a Medical Condominium at 15620 McGregor Blvd in 1998.

Eric furthered his professional knowledge becoming certified in McKenzie method in 2003, Work Well Certification in FCE and post offer employee testing and WorkSTEPS post offer employee testing.

During his time as owner of Stevenson Physical Therapy, he became the member of Physical Therapy Provider Network and later became the Quality Insurance Director. Eric has maintained his involvement in the APTA and continues to be a member since graduation.

In 2017 he sold his assets of Stevenson Physical Therapy to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers and currently is the Clinical Director of the West office on McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers.

Eric additionally enjoys time for person fitness and the great out doors with interests in Recreational Boating, Fishing, Mountain biking, Hiking and Camping.

Morgan Hinds

Dr. Morgan Hinds, PT, DPT, CMPT, graduated suma cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. She went on to receive her doctorate in physical therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016.

Since starting as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Hinds is a manually certified physical therapist and specializes in vestibular/balance rehabilitation.

Presently, Dr. Hinds is the Clinical Director at the Bonita Springs location and has been with FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers for 2 years.

Dr. Hinds’ passion for the rehabilitation and understanding of patients complaining of dizziness and imbalances developed from personal experience following repeated concussions and the need to go through vestibular therapy herself. She recognizes and has experienced the success of treatment and the shortened rehabilitation process when treated effectively.

Physical therapists are the ones who help a person get back to living their lives with less fear of falling or future injury. Dr. Hinds’ goal is to guarantee enjoyable and exciting therapy sessions and something each patient looks forward to.

Laura Yerge, PTA, is a 2016 Hodges PTA graduate. She is a Maryland native, who has spent the majority of her life in SWFL. She first became interested in physical therapy as a young high school athlete who suffered several injuries that required the skill and care of a physical therapist. She has always enjoyed working with people and had dreams and aspirations of making a contribution to others lives in a positive manner. As a physical therapist assistant, she is truly living out her passion by helping people live their best possible life and assisting them through their rehabilitation journey. Her other passions include: spending time with her family and beautiful daughter, traveling, and art. She is currently working towards becoming certified in Woman's Health and Balance/Vestibular therapy.

In January 2018, she began working part time for FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers which opened her up to the worlds of Balance and Vestibular therapy, as well as Pelvic Health.

Molly Gilchrist, PTA was born and raised on a small farm in the Adirondacks region of upstate NY. Since graduating with her A.A.S in Physical Therapy from SUNY Canton in 2013, she worked in skilled nursing for several years before relocating to Bonita Springs FL.

In January 2018, she began working part time for FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers which opened her up to the worlds of Balance and Vestibular therapy, as well as Pelvic Health. She has become extremely passionate about seeing both men and women regain independence and freedom from the often overlooked epidemic of incontinence. She finds it equally satisfying to help patients reduce their risk of falls and complaints of dizziness through the unique program offered at FYZICAL.

Outside of work, Molly and her husband are raising their beautiful daughter, enjoying the year round sunshine, and becoming more involved in their local church and community.

Dr. Kourtney Hartmann is a board-certified physical therapist specializing in the outpatient orthopedic setting. She received her graduate degree from Governors State University in Chicago in 2014 and attained a Manual Therapy Certification from FIOMPT in 2015. She has additional training as a Level II Balance Retrainer in Vestibular Rehabilitation. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Cubs and boating with her 2 cocker spaniels.

Carrie is from the Syracuse, New York area and received her degree from Chesapeake College in Annapolis, Maryland in 2015. She has also been a licensed massage therapist since 2002 and has worked in a variety of settings focusing on therapeutic massage. Carrie enjoys outpatient orthopedics and obtained her manual therapy certification in 2016. She has also attended FYZICAL's vestibular rehabilitation and has worked with patients with various vestibular and balance disorders. Outside of work Carrie enjoys doing yoga and of course anything to do with the beach.

Dr. Cynthia (Cindy) Neville, PT, DPT, WCS believes that everyone; women and men, young and old, can and should enjoy good pelvic health. Good pelvic health means having good bladder and bowel control, having painless and healthy sexual function, and being free of pain in the pelvis.  At FYZICAL in Bonita Springs, Cindy works with women and men of all ages with pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence, constipation, and pelvic pain. Cindy also specializes in physical therapy for women with problems related to pregnancy and childbearing, like pelvic girdle pain and painful intercourse after delivery.

  • Developed successful Pelvic and Women’s Health Rehabilitation Programs as Director of Women’s Health at premier healthcare organizations including the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville.

Travis Dexter was born and raised in Englewood, Florida.  He graduated from Lemon Bay High School and joined the United States Marine Core in 2001.  He spent 8 years in active duty in security forces and infantry.  In 2015, he graduated from Keiser University with an Associates in Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant and now works at the Port Charlotte office.

Dr. Berry obtained her undergraduate degree in Business from University of NorthDakota, Grand Forks. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Audiology from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota. In 2004, she completed her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University, George Osborne College of Audiology.

Dr. Berry brings to Fyzical many years of experience in the area of hearing and hearing aids. She is excited to provide these services as well as extensive vestibular testing to the Physical Therapists of FYZICAL.

Dr. Reed is recognized as a leading expert in vestibular and balance assessment and rehabilitation. She graduated with her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.

She is experienced and successful in the treatment of various pathologies of the musculoskeletal system with a special interest in treatment of vestibular dysfunctions.

She began focusing on areas such as assessment and management of fall risk and completed several continuing education clinics and courses that emphasized inner ear disorders like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This personal passion for balance influences Virginias’s ideology in treatments and enables Virginia to create broad and comprehensive functional balance regimens.

Virginia values individualized care for her patients and works hard to help patients meet their goals.

Katie Lilley is a travel Physical Therapist from New Orleans, LA and Atlanta, GA.

She went to undergrad at University of North Carolina at Asheville where she played division I soccer for 4 years, during which she had 2 hip surgeries and 1 knee surgery. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2015 with a focus in manual therapy.

Katie has been working as a travel physical therapist since she graduated and has experience working in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospitals. Her travel contracts have taken her to Oregon, Arizona, Virginia, and Florida.

Katie received her STMT-1 certification for instrumented assisted soft tissue manipulation and taping techniques in June of 2017

Megan has professional experience in many settings including Outpatient, Home Health, and Rehab in Skilled Nursing Facilities and has practiced in Virginia, Oregon, Arizona, and Florida. Megan has her STMT-1 (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization: Soft Tissue Manual Tool Level 1) certification which is a helpful manual treatment for multiple injuries and body parts. She also had an internships with a gait specialist, a pediatric specialist and in acute care that help to make her a well-rounded Physical Therapist.

Eric graduated from University of Florida with a BHS degree in physical therapy in 1980. Upon graduation, he started his career at Lee Memorial Hospital as staff physical therapist and later become an out patient supervisor. In 1991, he started Stevenson Physical Therapy Inc. in Fort Myers off McGregor Blvd. Stevenson Physical Therapy then purchased a Medical Condominium at 15620 McGregor Blvd in 1998.

Eric furthered his professional knowledge becoming certified in McKenzie method in 2003, Work Well Certification in FCE and post offer employee testing and WorkSTEPS post offer employee testing.

During his time as owner of Stevenson Physical Therapy, he became the member of Physical Therapy Provider Network and later became the Quality Insurance Director. Eric has maintained his involvement in the APTA and continues to be a member since graduation.

In 2017 he sold his assets of Stevenson Physical Therapy to FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers and currently is the Clinical Director of the West office on McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers.

Eric additionally enjoys time for person fitness and the great out doors with interests in Recreational Boating, Fishing, Mountain biking, Hiking and Camping.

Dr. Wayne Goffin, MSPT, DPT - OWner, Clincal Director grew up on a Dairy Farm in northern Wisconsin.  Imagine his parents surprise when he told them he wanted to be a Physical Therapist!  He graduated from Andrews University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1989.  He has been treating patients here in Charlotte County since 1992. He opened his own outpatient clinic in 1999.  That clinic is now Fyzical with a Port Charlotte and North Port location.

Always looking for better ways to serve his patients and further advance his professional goals, Wayne graduated on May 1st 2015 from the University of South Florida with his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Wayne loves spending time outdoors. She started her schooling at the University of Florida where she received a Bachelors of Science in TV Production.  Laurie is a fitness enthusiast and after a career in the television industry, she pursued her love of wellness and nutrition and received her PTA degree.  Laurie grew up in Miami, Florida and has lived in Port Charlotte for the past 10 years with her husband and four children.  In her spare time, she enjoys running, spending quality time with her family, and creating custom jewelry for her website.

Chris has clinical experience treating patients in the outpatient setting and in the post-acute rehabilitation setting that has allowed him to gain an appreciation for the different aspects of recovery at varied times in an individuals physical rehabilitation process. He has interests in treating patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing and further developing his manual skills, and keeping updated on the most current evidence to give his patients the highest possible level of care. Bruce came to Naples in 1973 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California. He has studied under Dr. Janet Travell and John Upledger. His desire to create a center where patients could receive quality care led the way to him opening Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center in 1977, now FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. Bruce has over 40 years of clinical experience in the physical therapy field. His primary interest is treating neck and back injuries and has been trained in advanced techniques to rebalance the pelvis, sacrum, and spine. Bruce’s vast experience allows him to utilize cranio-fascial techniques to address muscle problems and for the treatment of damaged tissue. Bruce is also one of a few certified ASTYM providers in Florida. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1971 and a member of the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies (NARA) since 1978.
