Insurance Information
We work with most insurances, so our Insurance Specialist will review your benefits with you before your appointment.
In the case that you are out of network, claims will not be sent to your insurance directly, but we will assist you by providing all of the documentation needed for personal reimbursement.
We do not participate with Medicaid plans. If Medicaid is your primary insurance, you will adhere to the self pay fee rates. If Medicaid is your secondary insurance to Medicare, we will charge 10% rather than the customary 20% as a courtesy.
