Matt Elliot Doctor of Physical Therapy PT, DPT
Growing up, I was constantly surrounded by physical therapy as members of my family recovered from ailments such as whiplash, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, and sport injuries. These personal experiences have allowed me to see the importance in returning to the things you enjoy, whether it's golf, walking around the neighborhood, or holding your loved ones. Fortunately, my education and training in Physical Therapy have given me the tools necessary to help your patients return to the things that matter most to them. Here at FYZICAL, you can expect your patients to receive a multimodal approach to rehab that will include soft tissue massage, corrective exercise, and the knowledge and resources to remain healthy after completing therapy.

Alex Chasse Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT
Being from a small working class town in Northern Maine, I observed as people suffered from the aches and pains from a lifetime of manual labor, hard work and the harsh climate. Many of these people were my close friends and family. As a former athlete, I also personally understand the toll that injuries can take on our bodies both physically and emotionally. These life experiences drove me to pursue a career in physical therapy, which would give me the necessary tools and knowledge to address a wide variety of impairments. I truly enjoy helping people achieve what they didn’t think was possible at the time and it is rewarding for me to watch a person progress towards their goals each visit. As your therapist, you can expect a strong emphasis on manual therapy which includes specific joint mobilization of the extremities/spine, soft tissue massage, and other hands on techniques. In addition, you will also receive individualized corrective exercises, stretches, and the proper education to keep you healthy long after completing therapy.
