Before joining FYZICAL, I was feeling down and irritable due to my recovery from surgery. However, after starting physical therapy, I’m beginning to feel like my old self again. The physical therapists at FYZICAL are exceptional. Megan, Kacey, Cristina, and Juan are all incredibly dedicated and caring. They genuinely take the time to get to know you and understand your needs. I feel incredibly fortunate to have them as my physical therapy team. The support staff at FYZICAL is also fantastic. Adriana greets me warmly every time I visit with a big “hello.” She’s been incredibly helpful in guiding me through the insurance process. Additionally, Ruby and Michelle go above and beyond to support me. They always check in on me and ask me how I am doing, Mr. Shecter. Although I’m still recovering from surgery, I can already feel the positive impact of FYZICAL’s physical therapy. ”

She set up a home exercise program, and made sure that I understood the exercises. The therapy sessions at Fyzical have contributed greatly to the rehabilitation of my knee. Because my schedule is erratic, I have had other physical therapists run some sessions at Fyzical. All have been excellent, positive and encouraging. With just enough pushing for results. The front desk staff have also been great, helping coordinate insurance, etc. Everyone at the facility has been competent, professional, and polite.
