FYZICAL City Park Fitness Center within the Westminister City Park provides personalized physical therapy and medically-based physical fitness. We are committed to providing patient-centered orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy– our focus is truly on you!
Our Therapy Team
Our physical therapists have advanced clinical education and training, specialty certifications and years of experience providing hands-on healing – with an emphasis on establishing whole-body wellness. After proper evaluation and assessment, our licensed physical therapists determine a customized treatment plan for each individual. This may include manual physical therapy, aquatic therapy, trigger point dry needling, hand therapy, therapeutic exercise, sports-specific exercise training (sports medicine) or other specialized services. By working one-on-one with each patient, we ensure the highest level of quality care. We help restore patients' function and reduce pain for several types of conditions, injuries, and physical disabilities.
Our Location
At FYZICAL City Park Fitness Center in Westminster, CO, we offer patient-centered orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy. With access to a swimming pool for aquatic therapy and a full range of gym equipment, we are better equipped than other PT clinics to provide high-quality rehabilitation and training so you can heal quickly and stay active after your PT is complete.

Directions to FYZICAL City Park Location:
● From Sheridan, turn West onto 105th
● Make your first right BEFORE the roundabout
● Make your next left into the Fitness Center parking lot
● Drive down past the Fitness Center entrance to the North side of the building
● Look for the giant blue FYZICAL logo (see photo below) and enter through those double doors
● We are the office on the right. Once you get inside
