New Cancellation and No-Show Policy
*Beginning January 1, 2024, we kindly ask that you call at least 12 before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel.
A $25 fee will be assessed for those who do not cancel with a 12 hour notice and for those who no-show.
This fee is not covered by insurance and will not be billed to your insurance.
Thank you for your cooperation. When you give a 12 hour notice, you respectfully provide others an opportunity to obtain needed care during your open time.
