Greetings

Welcome to the End of September Newsletter from FYZICAL Windber.

Hopefully physical therapy has made a postitive impact on your life, after all, that's why we started Stroz Phyiscal Therapy & Sports Rehab back in 2008. Many things have changed and improved since then. Becoming a part of FYZICAL was one of the best decisions we ever made! It gave us educational opportunities to become even better physical therapists, a great support system, and a deeper understanding of administration and billing. So as a personal request from us, Joe and Ali, please take this to heart and help all the physical therapists you know!

  NOW WE NEED YOUR HELP

CMS (Medicare) is looking to make 9% reimbursement cuts to physical therapy effective January 2021 (Proposed in 2019 as 8%). Ultimatley, this will affect all patient benefits and all physical therapy businesses. Congress and CMS (Medicare) have already said this is going to go through, but are accepting letters of concern through October 5, 2020.

Please help by clicking on the APTA link, read to understand the cause, then scroll to the bottom to find your officials' email information using your zipcode. Feel free to use the prewritten letter on APTA's website or add your own thoughts.

We thank you so much for caring for our cause!!
