Please call our office and we will be happy to verify your insurance benefits. Once verified with your insurance company, we can provide an estimate to you which will include your copay, co-insurance, deductible, or any other responsibility you may have.
Self-Pay Rates
FYZICAL Balcones recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer an affordable cash pay rate which is the same for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments:
- Intial Evaluation: $145 / Follow-up Visit: $110
