Group Fitness & Yoga Classes
1. Go to the “Book Now” tab to explore our current class schedule and descriptions. Find a class that you’d like to attend and select “Book Now”. You will then be directed through the sign-up process.
2. Next, you will select a purchase option. Or click on, "First Time Free Drop in" & join us for a free class of your choice!
3. The last step is to download the “Wellness Living Achieve” application (icon is a purple flower) from your app store. You can then use your login information that you created to sign in.
4. From here on out you can use the Wellness Living Achieve app to book a spot in classes, make purchase options, etc.

Private Training Sessions
Private Personal Training Sessions are appropriate for ALL Fitness Levels and Individuals with injuries and/or medical conditions.
Our private personal training sessions are personalized for your body and your needs. From yoga to barre, to Pilates and strength training, we offer a variety of fitness formats that are geared toward your fitness preferences, as well as your fitness goals. Private personal training sessions are also appropriate for post-physical therapy patients who are looking for a one-on-one customized training prior to participating in group fitness classes.
