Group Fitness & Yoga Classes
1. Go to the “Book Now” tab to explore our current class schedule and descriptions. Find a class that you’d like to attend and select “Book Now”. You will then be directed through the sign-up process.
2. Next, you will select a purchase option. If this is your first class, please select “First Time Free Drop-In”, otherwise select the purchase option you’d like to use: “In Studio Drop In” $15, “Monthly Unlimited Membership” $99, “10 Class Pack” $100 or “20 Class Pack” $180.
3. The last step is to download the “Wellness Living Achieve” application (icon is a purple flower) from your app store. You can then use your login information that you created to sign in.
4. From here on out you can use the Wellness Living Achieve app to book a spot in classes, make purchase options, etc.
FYZICAL YOGA AND FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
I – Very Gentle. No experience needed. Appropriate for individuals with physical challenges.
II – Low Intensity. No experience needed.
III – Moderate Intensity. No experience needed, but good body awareness is helpful.
IV – Vigorous Intensity. Though no experience necessary, some prior yoga experience, or good body awareness is recommended.
Senior Stretch – I: This class is offered Monday - Thursday for stretching, balance and mobility. Attendants will stretch and move for 30 minutes and finish the hour with rest and fellowship. Senior Stretch Membership Required.
Gentle Yoga – I/II: This class is open to all ages and will help to reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility, and balance. All offered with a gentle approach utilizing props, such as blankets, chairs, cushions, blocks and straps, to help folks with limited range of motion access all the benefits of yoga! This is a level I/II class, very gentle/low intensity; no experience needed and appropriate for individuals with physical challenges.
Gentle Strength & Movement – I/II: This class will work to progressively build strength and body awareness in individuals through movement and breath work. Props of all kinds will be used to facilitate growth - meeting you where you are at on your wellness journey. Movements will be repeated to create healthy patterns within the body and build in a connected way. Jump in and join the fun and gain strength and community! This is a level I/II class, very gentle/low intensity; no experience needed and appropriate for individuals with physical challenges.
Gentle Mat Pilates – I/II: This is a gentle version of mat-based Pilates. This class will focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. All levels welcome. This is a level I/II class, no experience needed, low/moderate intensity.
Stretch & Restore – I/II: This 45 minute class is slower-paced and designed to focus on flexibility, range of motion, myofascial release and relaxation. The instructors may utilize props such as bolsters, blocks, balls, and foam rollers to help bring your body in to balance. This class is a great complement for runners, golfers, or anyone seeking to increase range of motion in the body and calm the mind. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This is a level I/II class, very gentle/low intensity; no experience needed and appropriate for all individuals.
Flow and Align – II/III: Flow & Align Yoga is designed to offer a balance between flowing sequences to build energy and increase the heart rate and slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all, whether new to yoga or a more seasoned practitioner, and is ideal for those desiring a well-rounded practice. This class is a level II/III class, moderate intensity; no experience needed, some body awareness is helpful.
Yoga Strength – II/III: This class is designed to strengthen the full body utilizing dynamic yoga poses, resistance bands, and other props. Your heartrate will likely rise, challenging your muscles and energizing you, all practiced to upbeat music. All levels welcome. Modifications and advancements will be offered. This is a level II/III class, moderate intensity; no experience needed, some body awareness is helpful.
Total Body Fusion – II/III: This 45 minute group fitness class is designed to increase muscle strength and get your heart rate up to energize you for the day. The movements are simple with progressive challenges to help build strength and lean muscle. This class combines Pilates principles mixed with low impact cardio and agility exercises. All levels are welcome and can be modified or advanced depending on the individual. This is a level II/III class, no experience needed, appropriate for any individual, including those with physical challenges. No shoes required and please bring your mat or borrow one of ours.
Mat Pilates – II/III: Mat-based Pilates is a class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Purchase Options to Attend Classes

|$99 Senior Stretch membership (unlimited attendance to Senior Stretch only)|
Cancellation/no show policy: Clients unable to attend a group fitness or yoga class must cancel their reservation at least 1 hour prior to the start time.
If the class is not cancelled and/or the client does not attend the class, a $20 fee will be charged.

Private Training Sessions
Private Personal Training Sessions are appropriate for ALL Fitness Levels and Individuals with injuries and/or medical conditions. Our private personal training sessions are personalized for your body and your needs. From yoga to barre, to Pilates and strength training, we offer a variety of fitness formats that are geared toward your fitness preferences, as well as your fitness goals. Private personal training sessions are also appropriate for post-physical therapy patients who are looking for a one-on-one customized training prior to participating in group fitness classes.
