Self-Pay Rates
FYZICAL Brodie Lane recognizes that Physical Therapy may be costly for those with a high deductible health plan, which is why we offer an affordable cash pay rate which is the same for both Initial Evaluations and Follow-up Appointments:
- Intial Evaluation / Follow-up Visit: $145 / $110
