Physical Therapist


We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist who is patient focused. They will be working other PT and OT clinicians, collaborating together for the best healing journey for the patient. The PT will be responsible evaluating and treating 12-14 patients a day, completing evals and creating a unique plan of care. 

Primary role responsibilities:
Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations
Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
Establish a plan goal and time frame
Measure and track intervention effectiveness
Collaborate effectively with other team members (PT, OT, Front Desk)

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary of $80,000- $90,000 per year depending on experience
Productivity and performance bonuses
3 weeks of PTO
$400 monthly stipend towards health insurance or childcare expenses
AI-Assisted  documentation (Prediction Health/Sidekick) = less paperwork + more patient time
Future profit-sharing opportunities
Generous CEU budget

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in CO
Certified in dry-needling or desire to be certified 
Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans
Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
2+ year(s) of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience
Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
